Looking at this card, im not even sure...whats wrong with the meta nowadays, but ''Konami'' does make it fair,as '' Shooting Star Dragon '' needs a '' Syncro Tuner '' and the only one out there specifically is '' Formula Synchron'' im sure they will be more coming out in the future.
